Poole Townsend appoints leading legal expert

Poole Townsend, the largest independent Solicitors, Estate agents and Financial advisors in the South Lake District has announced the appointment of Angela O'Neill as their new Family Lawyer and Mediator.

With over 20 years experience, Angela will be joining the Poole Townsend team to provide legal advice and representation on financial cases in divorce proceedings, wealth protection involving nuptial agreements, living together agreements and separation agreements.

Angela has particular expertise in relation to disputes concerning children, whether between the parents or between the State and parents. She has experience of dealing with Special Guardianship Orders, adoptions, and relocation of children.

Angela is also a qualified Family Mediator and is able to assist family members to find workable solutions to issues that arise in relation to children or financial matters following breakdown of family relationships.
