New job search website uses unique algorithms to significantly improve job application process

The arduous and frustrating task of finding a new job has become far easier thanks to a new and intelligent job search website called JobRocket.

Using unique Artificial Intelligence, JobRocket helps job seekers get closer to the interview stage by helping them optimise their CVs and bypass the restrictive Applicant Tracking Systems now used by the majority of employers and recruitment specialists.

“What many people don’t realise is that 70 percent of uploaded CVs are not even read by a human. Once job seekers upload their CV and apply for jobs on the JobRocket website (JobRocket is linked to major recruitment websites and has access to tens of thousands of jobs), the machine learning algorithm instantly evaluates key elements in the CV against the position advertised. It then generates a match score and constructive feedback on how to tailor the CV to get through the employers’ Applicant Tracking Systems and rank highly in recruiter searches.
