After such a busy few months the firm felt it was important to reward the hard work of their representatives and associates and recently embarked on an R&R weekend in Ibiza to refresh and re-charge.

The firm rented a luxury apartment for their stay on the idyllic and vibrant Balearic Island. As well as relaxing and partying at the iconic Ocean beach Club, which offers stunning views across the S'Arenal waterfront, boutique shopping and a luxury swimming pool, the firm also visited the island's most famous party venues including Blue Marlin and Ushuaia, the latter of which has hosted some of the biggest acts in dance music including Avicii and David Guetta.

To fully take in their stunning Mediterranean surroundings the firm also rented a yacht for the day and explored the island's often overlooked coastline beauty spots. Since returning from the trip MJ Experia Marketing's managing director Matt Wassall has spoken about how he felt it was important for the firm to move away from the office and build stronger working relationships in a more relaxed setting. Wassall has also stated that, due to the fast paced environment of the sales and event marketing industry it's important for professionals to take time for themselves so that they avoid burning out and believes that this is a lesson that all budding entrepreneurs must also adhere to. Although it may be tempting to invest all their time and energy into a business, MJ Experia Marketing believes that entrepreneurs need to look after themselves and take regular breaks so that they can return to work refocused and fresh.
