Live Apprenticeships Q&A to help thousands understand their choices, whatever results the exam days bring!

During A Level and GCSE Results Days, GetMyFirstJob will be engaging with thousands of young people in a live Q&A with their apprenticeship recruitment team. Plus, young people 16-24 registering on GetMyFirstJob in August can win their own MacBook Air!

Working with partners such as the National Citizen Service, City&Guilds; Group, YourLife, Tomorrow’s People, YourFeed, SEMTA, Kaplan and colleges and training providers across the UK, GetMyFirstJob is encouraging thousands of young people across the UK to take part in the biggest live Apprenticeship Q&A in the UK on 17th and 24th August 2017.

David Allison, MD of GetMyFirstJob, says “Whatever your results, there is a great range of choices for you with an apprenticeship or traineeship, and with degree level apprenticeships widely available, often comparable to the University route. We hope to help as many young people, parents and schools as possible this year understand their options and opportunities”

On A Level Results Day (17 August) or GCSE Results Day (24 August), 10am - 5pm.

By the hashtag #AskGetMyFirstJob on twitter or interact with the Live Stream on GetMyFirstJob’s Facebook page, young people, parents, teachers and schools can ask the dedicated recruitment team questions about how to apply for and get an apprenticeship, what the requirements are, what a degree apprenticeship involves or even what opportunities are available in their area that very moment!

As an additional incentive to those who might be interested in searching or applying for what apprenticeships are available in their area, everyone 16-24 registering with GetMyFirstJob in August will be entered into a draw to win a MacBook Air, with more prizes from Asos for new followers across Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
