Inspired by George Müller, Canadian software developer launches free to use global real estate portal in the UK

News provided by Sheldon Kryger on Friday 9th Oct 2020

Developer Sheldon Kryger has launched a new free access, map based real estate portal kreegur.com. Powered by Microsoft Azure and hosted on UK servers, the system is now available for public access.

The portal serves as somewhat of an experiment.

Can a website be operated and maintained with donation revenue even if the recommended donation is $0 and no one is ever asked to consider making a donation?

Sheldon has created a gofundme page and has set the less than ambitious fundraising goal of $1 Canadian Dollar. This approach is inspired by the life of George Müller. In the 1800's, George Müller cared for over 10,000 orphans in his Ashley Down orphanage in Bristol. And, he did this without ever asking for a single donation.

Account creation and content posting incentives are in place to encourage early adopters to try the site. Search results will be returned giving preference to users that create accounts and post ads in this early stage of release.

While the site lacks the full suite of features available in mainstream pay-to-use real estate portals, the system possesses all the basic functionality to allow users to post and search ads.

Press release distributed by Pressat on behalf of Sheldon Kryger, on Friday 9 October, 2020. For more information subscribe and follow https://pressat.co.uk/
