Handmade luxury silk letter cushions launched

News provided by Gog Ma Gog Ltd on Tuesday 25th Aug 2015

Gog Ma Gog is a new company based in Cambridge, England that has just launched its range of fine silk letter cushions on www.gog-ma-gog.co.uk.

The cushions are designed in Cambridge and handmade in Berkshire from 100% silk that is thrown, dyed and woven in Suffolk by a family business that has been weaving silk since 1720 who specialise in short production runs of top quality silk for luxury items (they produced the silk for the Queen's coronation robes and for Princess Diana's wedding dress).

Wherever possible Gog Ma Gog sources its supplies from English companies. The cushion labels are made in Yorkshire, the cushion pads in Lincolnshire and the presentation boxes in Worcestershire.

The cushions are available in each of the letters of the alphabet and in three striking colour combinations (red on blue, yellow on pink and pink on purple). Every cushion is gift wrapped and delivered in a handmade presentation box with a gift card. The simple, bold, design of the cushions together with the durability and quality of silk that they are woven from, make them perfect keepsakes. They are a special way of marking births, birthdays and Christenings and make wonderful Valentines and Christmas presents.

Gog Ma Gog has a trade stand at the forthcoming Burghley Horse Trials 2015.
