Blu-Collab launch new office with networking trip to Sheffield

To celebrate their launch earlier this week, sales and marketing firm Blu-Collab travelled to Sheffield to network with some of the leading figures in the industry.

Last week, the Cardiff-based marketing and sales experts Blu-Collab travelled to Sheffield to network with some of the sector’s leading figureheads. This networking trip was an opportunity for the firm to celebrate the launch of their new office and learn the steps that need to be taken to grow a successful business.

In a recent statement, the firm expressed the importance of building a network of experienced industry professionals and why they think ongoing learning and development is the key to success.

During the networking session, the firm was taught the importance of exercising patience and perseverance to achieve a long term goal. The contractors were also encouraged to surround themselves with strong examples as it will force them to think bigger and aim to achieve more challenging goals.

Discussing the highlights of the trip, Blu Collab’s Managing Director Ryan Caramba-Coker said “This session taught us to get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable and to take risks and push yourself out of your comfort zone. We also learnt the differences between making the right choice and the easy choice and that you will never know your full potential until you fully commit to the goal or task at hand.”

While in Sheffield, Mr Caramba-Cocker was given the opportunity to develop his leadership skills. He met with a leading industry expert who coached him through the final stages of opening up the new office to ensure the launch gets off to a flying start.

Mr Caramba-Cocker said “Meeting with such a great mentor was crucial. He really helped me take my leadership skills to the next level, and we discussed the importance of having high standards and how the first six weeks determine how the next six months will go. I’m now really excited to implement everything I’ve learnt during this trip and I’m feeling extremely optimistic about the future of Blu-Collab.”
