WhiteIQ Launches UK Commercial Cleaning Software Platform Built Around Real World Cleaning Operations

WhiteIQ, a UK commercial cleaning operations software platform, has launched to give cleaning companies a clearer view of their workforce, sites and service delivery.

Built from first hand experience of managing commercial cleaning contracts, WhiteIQ brings scheduling, GPS attendance, site verification, cleaning audits, compliance and client reporting into one system.

Commercial cleaning can be difficult to manage because much of the work takes place when managers and clients are not physically present. For companies operating across multiple locations, confirming whether a cleaner attended, whether contracted hours were completed and what work took place can mean checking separate messages, spreadsheets, photographs and paper records.

WhiteIQ was built to bring that information together.

A clearer record of what happens on site

The platform gives managers a record of activity connected to each cleaning site and shift.

Cleaners can be scheduled to specific locations and use GPS enabled clock in and clock out to record attendance. Businesses can also maintain cleaning checklists, photographic evidence, digital audits, staff records and compliance information within the platform.

Managers can monitor activity across multiple sites and maintain a history of service delivery for internal management and client reporting.

Built from experience inside the cleaning industry

WhiteIQ grew from challenges encountered while managing White Regal Cleaning Services and coordinating cleaners working independently across different client locations.

As the cleaning operation grew, information could easily become spread across different systems. Schedules might be held in one place, attendance in another, photographs elsewhere and communication within messages.

WhiteIQ was developed to provide a more practical way of managing those records and giving management a clearer picture of each site.

In August 2026, WhiteIQ entered live operational use within White Regal Cleaning Services. This gives the development team a working commercial cleaning environment where the platform can be used and improved around the day to day needs of cleaning operations.

More than attendance tracking

WhiteIQ is being developed as a wider operational platform rather than simply a clock in system.

Its current capabilities include staff scheduling, GPS enabled attendance, site management, photographic evidence, digital cleaning audits, compliance records, operational reporting, client visibility and multi site management.

The platform is designed to help cleaning businesses manage the information surrounding each contract from one place and identify problems earlier when something does not go according to plan.

WhiteIQ is Cyber Essentials certified and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office for data protection.

Built for commercial cleaning businesses

WhiteIQ is initially focused on commercial cleaning companies operating in the UK, particularly businesses managing cleaners across multiple customer locations.

The longer term aim is to provide cleaning companies with one operational system for managing their people, sites, service records, compliance and client reporting as they grow.
