Unique educational game helps children learn about Down syndrome.
It is World Down Syndrome Day on March 21st (#WDSD23). We are celebrating with the launch of new educational game to raise awareness of Down syndrome, especially among children.
Children with Down syndrome want to be accepted and included. But misconceptions about Down syndrome can act as barriers to their inclusion.
It is important that people around them understand what Down syndrome is, and what it isn’t. The Down Syndrome Game helps children, and adults, learn about Down syndrome and to understand that children with Down syndrome are just like everyone else.
The game presents important information about Down syndrome in a way that is easy to understand and remember so that players can develop an accurate 'big picture'.
What is the Down Syndrome Game?
It is an online educational game that is fun with a serious objective. It is a simple online board game that is very easy to understand and to play.
