The International Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia Foundation and Scientific Education Support announce new strategic collaboration in Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia

The International Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia Foundation (IWMF) and Scientific Education Support (SES) are pleased to announce a strategic collaboration for patients with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. The aim is to achieve improved disease awareness and education through initiatives using SES’ expertise in communications and medical education and IWMF’s patient leadership in Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia.

The Waldenstrom’s Macroglobulinemia (WM) Awareness-Building Initiative aims to increase awareness of WM among healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and the patient advocacy community. This will be achieved through two key methods:

• Through the Lymphoma Hub, an independent medical education platform, the initiative will share new data, evidence-based articles, therapy approvals, and expert opinions in WM that support HCPs worldwide by helping them make informed treatment decisions and ensuring that patients have access to the latest support and treatment options.
• Through dedicated patient and caregiver awareness campaigns across social media on IWMF channels, as well as expert interviews and downloadable resources, the initiative will aim to support and educate patients with WM, worldwide.
