SystemFlip Continuous Recovery™ is a simple, integrated, easy-to-use solution that combines backup and DR. It delivers protection from major disasters as well as minor day-to-day problems, allowing IT professionals to focus on business-specific developments rather than worry about backup and DR.

What is SystemFlip Continuous Recovery?
SystemFlip is a fast, easy-to-use, fully automated backup and disaster recovery solution. The on-site appliance takes regular, frequent snapshots of client IT systems both locally and in the cloud, and provides up to seven years' data retention. Any problems can be dealt with by seamlessly “flipping" to virtual clones of the production servers that are available both on the SystemFlip appliance and in the SystemFlip Cloud. This allows users to get back up and running in just minutes, even in the case of a full-blown disaster.

It is the continuous nature of SystemFlip that makes it unique, ensuring that failover server clones are continually updated both alongside customer servers and in the SystemFlip Cloud, ready for failover. This is in stark contrast to other products that require customers to have their own failover datacentre facilities and can only create virtual servers from the last backup job at the point of failure, meaning that failover cannot be initiated for several hours in the event of a disaster.

The SystemFlip service comprises a sophisticated on-site hardware appliance complete with specially developed backup and DR software, combined with off-site storage and recovery.
