Stanhope Financial will power the new Gate Visa debit card with its intuitive back-end, enabling users to effortlessly convert and spend crypto in the real world.

Gate.io recently announced the launch of their Visa card program in the European Economic Area (EEA) from their Lithuanian entity, Gate Global UAB. Gate-branded debit cards, which will provide automated fiat-to-crypto conversion for users, will be issued by Visa Principal Member Stanhope Financial UAB.

Gate’s exciting new card product is powered using Stanhope Financial’s customisable operations suite. The platform ensures a seamless and scalable product rollout, which is good news as the waiting list for cards has seen significant early demand from consumers.

Stanhope Financial’s dynamic middleware solution has been customised to deliver core functionality for the entire program. Key features include transactional funding/spend controls & cardholder management tools, as well as rich reports & analytics. It operates in tandem with Gate’s intuitive consumer-facing UI, ensuring that Gate enjoys total control of the brand relationship with its customers.
