Leading the way in product safety and operability - Prime Light secures LIASC and DiiA safety and performance certification for their new Prime Drivers products

Prime Light, a leading provider of commercial lighting solutions, has secured LIASC (Lighting Industry Association Safety Certification) and DiiA DALI-2 (Digital Illumination Interface Alliance) safety and performance certification for their new range of Prime Driver branded products.

Prime Light are one of first lighting companies to secure UK LIASC certification for their driver products and recognition by these industry authorities underlines the company’s commitment to provide top-quality drivers that conform to the highest standards of compatibility, operability, and safety.

Prime Light customers can now choose from 11 drivers across 6 family types, all of which have been tested by the LIA’s own UKAS-accredited lab and that meet the IEC62386 DALI-2 assessment standards set by DiiA. Approval removes any doubt of product performance. Buyers no longer need incur risk by relying on often unverified product standards claims from foreign manufacturers or other UK distributors. Instead, customers can buy with confidence. All Prime Drivers are listed with the LIA and the DALI Alliance, meaning product performance can be cross-checked to ensure every Prime Driver delivers what it says on the tin.

Establishing an early, high-quality menu of UK-approved driver products is the first phase of an ambitious growth plan for Prime Light. The company will soon be expanding their driver range, sourcing the best quality products from across the global market, and only selecting those that meet the highest independent safety, compatibility, and operability standards. Ultimately, Prime Light will offer UK customers the broadest portfolio of top-quality drivers available, with product performance backed by rigorous selection, LIA and DiiA certification, and ongoing scrutiny to ensure continuing compliance.

Ryan Grout, Prime Light’s Senior Product Manager further explains this strategy:

“‘It's Prime Light’s ambition to grow the Prime Drivers brand into a successful and trusted product range, and one of the key parts of any range is to give peace of mind on quality and performance. That's why we've worked hard to get these certifications over the line, because we believe in giving our customers the best quality at the best price, and with the highest degree of confidence.”

Prime Light are an associate member of the DiiA and a full member of the LIA. Prime Drivers can be checked for standards certification on these association websites, in=&Default-submit=Search" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">here and here.
