Pébiott is a swiss start-up created by Roberto Bernasconi, situated in Vacallo, Ticino - Switzerland, which aim is to develop artisanal products for sport and leisure.
After a development and testing period that lasted over two years, Pébiott, which comes from MoMo Swiss Italian’s dialect and means « bare foot », is launching its new artisanal wooden clogs on Kickstarter, available in five different colours: red, orange, yellow, gray and green.
With Pébiott clogs sandals, you will rediscover the active comfort that our ancestors exercised unconciously. The foot indirectly receives the stimulus provided by the wood in contact with the ground, actively and rapidly reinforcing its muscles and angle whilst taking a step.
Pébiott wooden clogs are handcrafted in our small workshop following an entire, artisanal approach. We use excellent quality materials, such as beech wood FSC certified or leather cowhide shoulder colored with a plant-based tint. A video showing the production process steps is available on Pébiott’s web and social network pages.
We launch Pébiott through the famous crowd-funding platform « Kickstarter » with the aim of raising CHF 10’000 in 40 days to begin the production process. Our first donnators will benefits from great discounts on Pébiott clogs sandals and will be able to enjoy them starting from May 2018. We also offer artistic postcards and leather key rings, designed and created specifically by Pébiott, for our contributors.
Our website, available in English and MoMo Swiss Italian’s dialect, will provide you with additional information and beautiful images.
