New UK Caller ID System Links Customers to Business

Trilogic and RonIan recently announced the launch of their brand new product, Look Who’s Calling®.

Look Who’s Calling is a brand new UK Caller ID, Job or Appointment booking system specifically aimed at small businesses and links their landline or mobile phone (or both) to a PC or laptop.

The supplied software allows them to create a customised database of customers and the business conducted with those customers. When the telephone or mobile rings, the system instantly retrieves the customer details and also displays the last transaction.

Look Who’s Calling is perfect for small businesses, for saving jobs, appointments, bookings, orders, estimates or support calls.
