MyInfinity Finance, a specialist credit broker has moved their offices to larger premises in South Shields with rapid expansion plans.

Formed in 2013 by Directors Keith Ahmed and Simon Hamilton, the business specialises in helping its commercial/professional practice clients across the UK secure funding for business growth, asset finance, invoice discounting, PI Insurance to name a few.

Keith Ahmed says: “There is still no surprise that after the 2008 credit crunch and the more recent Brexit Leave vote that the banks are still reluctant to lend to businesses. This has opened up a huge market for the alternative funders to fill. With good rates and a variety of terms we are able to help clients secure funding even if the banks have said no. Our services have been a life line to British Businesses including those who might not have had a pristine credit file”

The word “Credit Broker” still carries some stigma in the market place largely due to unregulated brokers, but not for MyInfinity Finance, Simon Hamilton explains why. “Since the Financial Conduct Authority took control of Credit Brokers in April 2014 they brought with them much greater regulation and enforcement powers. MyInfinity Finance were one of the first Credit Firms in the North East to achieve full authorisation. Furthermore, we are member of the Nation Association of Commercial Credit Brokers (NACFB) and are fully insured. We believe firmly in treating all customers fairly by being open and fully transparent, and charge no upfront fees, we really are a Credit Broker that you can trust.”

The business is looking to broaden its credit offering by entering the personal lending market to help individuals raise secured/unsecured finance. “These are really exciting times for MyInfinity as we implement our growth plans. Although we help clients nationally we chose South Shields as the base for our Call Centre as we know there is great talent within the town. We are particularly keen to see what will happen with the Northern Power House and want to make sure we are ready to support businesses maximize opportunities that this may open.”
