ICON TRAINING Exclusively Delivering Leisure Management Level 4

Since identifying a gap in the market for level 4 management qualifications, ICON TRAINING have been working closely with Active IQ and CIMPSA to create the industry relevant and much needed training. ICON TRAINING are the only training provider delivering this exclusive programme through the Skills Funding Agency Innovation Code.

The innovative programme is aimed at leisure industry staff aged 19 plus who have some experience in leisure management and would like to progress further within their organisation; it will include seven units which are aligned to the diploma, once these are complete there will be an opportunity to ‘top up’ to achieve the diploma. The unique training will take around 6 months to complete, and will include essential management skills such as financial management, leadership, strategy development and project management.

The Ofsted Grade 1 training provider have developed a course which is innovative and visionary, and is designed specifically to ensure that every individual receives bespoke training which is relevant to them. The course has already been successfully piloted at GLL, London where trainees have recently completed.
