ICE Ltd awarded BID Business of the Year 2015

ICE are proud to have been awarded Business Improvement District (BID) Business of the Year Award at the 2015 Halton Business and Tourism Awards.

ICE made the final shortlist alongside two other local companies, Campus Solutions LTD and Hough Green Garage Ltd, and were announced the winners at a gala dinner on Friday 24th April at the Holiday Inn, Runcorn.

Formed in 1935, ICE is one of the longest-standing industrial cooling names in the country. They specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of commercial and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems- both nationally and internationally.

This prestigious award, which celebrates a stand out BID business, comes at the end of a year when ICE saw some significant improvements within their company. These improvements include an increase in company turnover and profits and the hiring of additional staff. Alongside this, the ICE offices were redeveloped and a new marketing plan was implemented to attract new business.

Director Nick Griffiths said of the win: "We are delighted to have won the BID Business of the Year Award. The whole team have worked so hard and it's fantastic for us to receive recognition for our efforts".
