High volume sales figures are nothing new to Motor Depot.

Despite seeing its flagship Hessle showroom temporarily closed due to extensive flood damage, Motor Depot has managed to sell an astonishing 243 brand new cars in the last 30 days.
And, what makes those figures even more amazing is that all those sales came from a single showroom...and a hastily-opened one at that.
After December’s freak Humber tidal surge effectively wiped out Motor Depot’s entire stock-list of over 80 vehicles in one fell swoop, the dealership was forced to quickly switch operations from Hessle to its original site on Clarence Street, East Hull.
Under such trying circumstances, managing director Steve Butterley has hailed the recent sales figures as "Confirmation we are bouncing back from the devastating floods of December."
"What Motor Depot has achieved over the last month, really is unbelievable especially considering what the company has been through in the past 12 weeks,"
"We’ve effectively been operating with both hands tied behind our backs, yet the whole team has pulled together and managed to sell almost 250 brand new cars in a single month from a single site.”
"It is just testament to the skill and dedication of the staff, as well as the resilience of the company as a whole."
The new cars sold were exclusively Chevrolet’s and it must be stressed were not pre-registered to artificially inflate figures. Each vehicle was sold to an end consumer.
The offers on a range of new Chevrolet’s – which were bordering on 50% off the manufacturers recommended list price – were so enticing, that the deals went 'viral' on a number of hot deal website forums.
As a result, customers from all over the UK have taken advantage of the offers, with many simply utilising the £129+Vat delivery option, meaning they have never even had to leave their homes.
With Motor Depot also enjoying great success pushing the deals on their own social media platforms such as Facebook & Twitter, in conjunction with a local radio advertising campaign, the company expect to dispense of their entire batch of over 300 Chevrolet’s within in the next two weeks.
