Fight for Humanity A white collar charity boxing event In support of Humanitas Charity

Humanitas Charity are delighted to announce their brand-new white collar boxing event taking place on 15th May 2014, in partnership with The London Boxing Club and in aid of the charity’s recently launched education programme in Ghana.

Come and support 14 contenders from white collar professions as they fight it out in an amateur authorised event, including two brothers battling it out in the ring. Make no mistake, this is a proper boxing contest, all contestants have undergone gruelling preparation. Humanitas have partnered with London’s premier semi-professional boxing event promoters - The London Boxing Club. Sanctioned by the British Boxing Union, one of the UK’s largest semi-professional organisations, they deliver the highest level of boxing entertainment in London.

This is an informal event, so dress code is strictly ‘come as you are’. Doors open 6.30pm and you can expect a resident DJ, sporting star MC and loaded bar.

100% of ticket sales go towards Humanitas recently launched ‘Education Matters’ project in Ghana.
More information about Humanitas Charity:
Our intention is to help break the cycle of poverty that leaves thousands of families in remote communities unable to give their children any kind of future. Currently around 30 million primary-aged children are out of school in Africa. Humanitas believes education can break the cycle of poverty. Our pilot project will be on the isolated Island of Azizakpe off the coast of Ghana where we will put 106 primary school children into full-time education, providing them with prospects for the future and fulfilling their right to an education.

This event will help to raise the funds needed to provide a school and an education for these incredible, resilient children.
