Davra and Lumeron form strategic partnership to accelerate Saudi Arabia’s industrial digitalisation under Vision 2030
This is an important milestone in Davra's international growth and a strong example of Irish innovation supporting Vision 2030.
Memorandum of Understanding signed in Dublin will bring Davra’s industrial IoT and AI platform to clients across the Kingdom, delivered by Lumeron the Saudi Arabian based digital infrastructure and technology company
DUBLIN, IRELAND — 16 July 2026 — Davra, the Irish industrial IoT and AI software company, and Lumeron, the Saudi Arabian based digital infrastructure and technology company, today announced a strategic partnership, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed in Dublin, to bring Davra’s platform to industrial, infrastructure and public-sector clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of Vision 2030.
Under the partnership, Lumeron will lead client relationships and delivery in the Kingdom, building outcome-focused solutions on the Davra platform in areas such as predictive maintenance, asset performance monitoring, energy and emissions visibility, and AI-driven analytics. Davra will provide its platform, technology and engineering expertise, working alongside Lumeron’s teams. The model combines Davra’s proven platform with the industrial heritage and client reach of MASCO Group, a long-established Saudi industrial group with decades of delivery across oil and gas, mining, industrial manufacturing and power.
The collaboration will focus on sectors where the Kingdom’s digital transformation is most active, including oil and gas, mining, industrial manufacturing and smart infrastructure, alongside Vision 2030 priorities in the environment, water and agriculture. By pairing a single, flexible platform with local delivery, the partners aim to help clients turn connected data into measurable operational outcomes.
Davra’s platform is used by organisations internationally to connect assets, unify data and deploy AI applications such as predictive maintenance and digital twins at scale, including in environmental, water and agricultural monitoring.
The signing in Dublin was attended by Mr Hamoud Almutairi, Deputy Head of Mission at the Royal Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Ireland, reflecting the strength of the growing trade relationship between Saudi Arabia and Ireland.
Faisal Alqanatish, CEO of Lumeron, had this to say:
"Through this strategic partnership with Davra, Lumeron is expanding its portfolio with a world-class Industrial IoT and AI platform, enabling us to deliver advanced digital solutions to clients across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Backed by MASCO Group's decades of industrial excellence, engineering expertise, and trusted customer relationships, Lumeron combines global technology with strong local execution to help organizations modernize operations, optimize critical assets, and accelerate their digital transformation with measurable business outcomes."
Paul Glynn, CEO of Davra, commented:
"We are proud to partner with Lumeron to bring our platform to the Saudi market. Lumeron's industrial pedigree and local reach, combined with our technology, create a powerful base for digital transformation in the Kingdom. This is an important milestone in Davra's international growth and a strong example of Irish innovation supporting Vision 2030."
Niall Bolger, Delegate and Lead on Earth Observation for the Irish Delegation to ESA, added:
"This partnership with Lumeron builds on the milestones Davra has achieved in multiple contracts with the European Space Agency in delivering usable industrial applications for Earth Observation (EO) data. The most recent activity recently signed with ESA involves the introduction of a unique EO-IOT data fusion layer, thus simplifying the use of EO analysis and integrating EO data into their enablement platform."
