Bruntwood Names Select Property Group As Joint Venture Partner On Former-BBC Site Re-Development

Bruntwood has named Select Property Group (Select) as its partner for the residential element of the company's new £750m, mixed-use scheme planned for the former BBC site in The Corridor Innovation District, Manchester city centre.

This follows the approval of the masterplan by Manchester City Council in April. The development will comprise 1.2m sq ft of offices that Bruntwood will deliver alongside its science and technology arm, Manchester Science Partnerships. Select are working up detailed plans for the 4 residential blocks which comprises 650 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, together with 2 serviced apartment buildings, that will predominantly be occupied by international students.
