Through the Boxercise Instructor Course, our staff are trained to an exceptionally high standard, with an internationally recognised qualification.
Boxercise and Boxing Futures Ltd believe that their working partnership will allow both organisations to increase the reach, effectiveness and impact that they are able to have on the lives of young people. Increasing participation in sport, mental well-being, offering access to opportunities to improve life chances for young people who often feel ignored, marginalised and who long for a different and brighter future.
From its launch in 1992, Boxercise has grown exponentially and is now recognised as the world leader in non-contact boxing fitness. Through the Boxercise Award scheme, young people are provided with specific lesson plans that take participants from basic Boxercise skill development to more advanced schemes.
