Birkenhead puppy dealer pleaded not guilty

Chloe Louise Robinson, of Conway Street, Birkenhead, appeared at Wirral Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 15th October 2020, charged with animal welfare and fraud offences. The case is being brought by Animal Protection Services, a registered charity that investigates and prosecutes organised animal cruelty.

The defendant entered a not guilty plea to all offences.

A Plea and Trial Preparation Hearing has been listed for Thursday 12th November at 10am at Liverpool Crown Court.

The case follows an investigation by Animal Protection Services into an illegal sale of a sick puppy that subsequently had to be put to sleep.
