Auriga Services has released its 2024/25 Impact Report, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to tackling hardship and delivering transformative support. With more than 478,000 people supported in 2024/25 alone, Auriga continues to be a trusted delivery partner for organisations across the UK seeking to support customers in vulnerable financial situations.
Auriga is a not-for-profit organisation, wholly owned by the Evnia Charitable Trust. Any surplus generated is reinvested into Evnia, amplifying Auriga’s social value by enabling more people to be supported through targeted community funding. This unique structure makes every Auriga partnership a direct contribution to lasting social change.
A Year of Impact in Numbers
Auriga’s 2024/25 achievements speak to both the scale and quality of its service:

- £7.76 million in potential income and savings identified for beneficiaries
- £2.43 million in realised income secured directly for service users
- 418,831 emergency fuel vouchers issued to help households in crisis
- An average of £2,200 in annual income uplift per person supported through casework
