99home Heading to Europe

Launching an overseas property listing and marketing service to the global property market.

In the first stage of our expansion, our company 99home, a “One Stop Property Shop”, will be launching services to the British, European and South East Asian vendors where they can sell their property and (soon) timeshare/fractional ownership of their property.

Our services are based on a modular, DIY, fixed fee structure and commission. DIY clients can take advantage of our introductory service to sell from just £99 for a one month listing on all major property portals or £199 for 3 months, with timeshare or fractional ownership of their property coming soon. Vendors will be able to accept, reject or negotiate an offer online by using 99home’s free negotiation assistant to communicate with buyers. International commercial property landlords and sellers will be able to use 99home service on the commercial agents section as well.

We have developed a strong network of local agents in some European countries such as Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy as well as South Asian countries such as Thailand, India and Sri Lanka. We have also teamed up with a few property developers in Europe who we will work together to expand our presence.

Vijay Vashistha (MNAEA, MBA): Cofounder and CEO of 99home designed and developed this proptech platform inhouse, offering a fixed fees option per transaction based on a promise of “No Success No Fees”. COVID 19 has completely changed the industry outlook and Vijay strongly believes digital marketing will be the solution and the ideal approach going forward. People are moving or investing globally faster than ever before and 99home is positioning itself to take full advantage of this fact.

At this point, we have set up partnerships with a few UK and European based property marketing portals but going forward we will be partnered with a lot more global property listing portals. Currently, the biggest problem for property sellers is the hefty price and tie-ins when they list a property on other portals whereas 99home allows you to market properties at an affordable price and with no tie-ins.
