eurochange has been recognised as one of the World’s Happiest Workplaces 2025 by WorkL, the world’s largest workplace happiness database. It now joins an exclusive list of leading global employers committed to building empowering, positive and people-first workplaces.

Awarded by WorkL, the prestigious accolade is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through WorkL’s ‘Happy at Work’ test. Over 1 million employees nominated more than 100,000 companies for the 2025 cycle, and eurochange stood out with particularly high scores across the following areas:
