Veritek Global appoints James Brice-Wallis as Group Finance Director

Veritek Global Ltd, a pan-European specialist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mission-critical equipment, is pleased to announce the appointment of James Brice-Wallis as Group Finance Director. James will oversee Financial, HR and IT operations across the UK and the company’s regional hubs in Germany, Spain, and Italy.

James brings more than two decades of finance experience across sectors, including healthcare, media, and recruitment. A chartered management accountant, he began his career in the NHS, gaining extensive experience in financial control, management accounting, reporting, audit, and treasury. He has since held senior finance roles in global and SME businesses, developing expertise in building strong support services and cross-functional teams.

James is particularly drawn to Veritek’s people-focused culture and consistent, measured growth. He looks forward to working with the Group’s General Managers across Germany, Spain, and Italy to support operational performance and nurture and develop high-performing teams.
