UK space strategy boosted by new role for Keith Mason

David Willetts today announced the secondment of Professor Keith Mason to the UK Space Agency. He will advise on steps needed to leverage the research base to maximise the economic growth of the space sector.
Minister for Universities and Science David Willetts said:
"I am delighted that Professor Mason has agreed to take up this important work with the UK Space Agency. His expertise will help ensure we realise the full commercial potential of our space sector to drive growth."
