Skanska Gearing Up for Growth

Matt Mannion and Marc Powell joined Skanska this month.

Matt has 14 years experience within the construction, property and facilities management sectors, having previously worked in Business Development for VINCI Facilities and run his own company servicing the industry. He takes control of business development in southern England.

Marc Powell joins Skanska from PHS where he was bid manager in the data solutions team. Powell has 20 years experience in facilities management. He joins from Bilfinger Europa Facility Management, where he was new business consultant, and will be responsible for business development in northern England and Scotland.

Mannion and Powell will report to Lucy Lott, Head of Business Development in Facilities Services.
