Savills appointed on BHS administration
The joint administrators of BHS (British Home Stores), Philip Duffy and Benjamin Wiles of Duff & Phelps, have appointed Savills to advise on the retailer’s property portfolio in relation to the sale of the business as a going concern.
Founded in 1928, the clothing and homewares retailer has a 164-strong store portfolio across the UK including a number of sites in majors cities such as Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Glasgow.
