Sandi From Channel 4's Gogglebox Releases Her Debut EP

Sandi Bogle, star of Channel 4's hit TV series Gogglebox, is due to release her debut EP, "Casanova", on the 9th September 2016. Recorded at Big Jam Studios in Kent, and produced by Kevin Thorpe, the track, which is a remake of the classic 1980 dance track by Coffee, was written by Jo Amsted and Milton Middlebrook.

The track sees Sandi and her production team bring this old-school classic up to date and give it a modern twist.

With remixes from Angel Farringdon (Baby Cakes, No1 UK National Charts) and KC Thorpe, "Casanova" is set to take the dance scene by storm.

Known for her television antics and larger than life personality, Sandi Bogle is no stranger to the limelight.

Since the age of 5, Sandi has been singing and bringing the house down with her amazing vocal abilities. First brought to the public eye by the well-known national treasure, Larry Grayson, at his monthly shows on the Blackpool pier.

Sandi would regularly wow the audience with her cheeky melodic version of "My Old Man". Never really taking her musical talents seriously, but still enjoying singing at private events and karaoke bars, Sandi built an underground following and could often be heard belting out classics from soul divas such as Tina Turner and Whitney Houston.

This music for pleasure attitude changed when as if by luck she met with record-label owner and internet entrepreneur Lee Rose of DeeVu records. This chance meeting gave birth to a studio session with Lee’s team, which includes Leslie P George and engineer/producer Kevin Thorpe

The end result is Sandi’s interpretation of the classic disco-infused floor-filler "Casanova" by Coffee. Sandi's use of tone and melody creates a 21st century remake that invokes emotional memories, while at the same time represents a sassy freshness that engages the new listener.

Due for release on 9th Sept 2016, Casanova is enjoying plenty of mainstream radio attention while Sandi has been busy participating in radio interviews and public appearances.
