Royal Westmoreland Secures Four Awards at Prestigious Property Awards

Royal Westmoreland, the exclusive Caribbean golf, beach and spa estate in Barbados has won four awards at this year's highly-respected Americas International Property Awards, which received entries from competitors located in 21 countries across the Americas. Sponsored by Rolls-Royce and Yamaha, the ceremony took place at the JW Marriott Los Angeles on Friday, 19th September, in the presence of Lord Best from the House of Lords in British Parliament.

The winning entrants were presented with either a 'Highly Commended' or '5-Star' award, whereby Royal Westmoreland achieved the following:

• Best Residential Development – Royal Apartments – 5* award for Barbados
• Best Developer Website – www.royalwestmoreland.com – 5* award for Barbados + Regional winner for Caribbean
• Best Golf Development – Royal Westmoreland – 5* award for Barbados + Regional winner for Caribbean
• Best Property Single Unit – Idyll Moments - 5* award for Barbados + Regional winner for Caribbean

All regional 5-Star award winners will continue to compete against other regional winners in the eagerly anticipated International Property Awards Summit, which will take place on the 3rd and 4th December at the Madinat Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai, determining the 'World's Best' in each of the overall 47 categories.
