PRS for Music champions innovative recruitment with the launch of ‘Inside Track’

New work based programme with a unique focus on candidate aptitude and passion.

PRS for Music is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for five talented individuals to join its team under a two year placement on its new 'Inside Track' programme that starts in December.

In an industry first, PRS for Music is inviting all with a desire to succeed within the music industry to apply for the programme, positively encouraging applicants from both graduate and non-graduate backgrounds to be contenders.

The programme is designed to give a thorough grounding in both global collective rights management and the wider music industry, with successful applicants having the opportunity to learn and work within one of the world's leading global collective rights management organisations.

'Inside Track' will give successful candidates the opportunity to work across a range of PRS for Music business areas on rotation, including operations, licensing, membership and strategy, providing an excellent foundation for a future career in the music industry.

As part of the scheme, candidates will be given career coaching support and the opportunity to apply for a permanent position within the company.
