Several renowned chefs and experts will be gathering in Scotland for the weekend to demonstrate their skills and recipes at the 900-seat Supertheatre, sponsored by Kenwood. The stars appearing are Mary Berry, Paul Hollywood, James Martin, Tom Kitchin and John Torode.

Bakes & Cakes Village

The Bakes & Cakes village is brand new to Scotland and is an area devoted to all things baking. This is the place to learn new techniques and buy everything you need to bake like the experts from baking specialists and cake-crafters.

Interview Stage

Discover the secrets of the experts' success at our Interview Stage sponsored by Lakeland, hosted by Lotte Duncan. Watch live interviews with a range of great cooks and chefs, and take part in free Q&A sessions to get any burning questions answered.

BBC Good Food Kitchen

Returning to Scotland this year, the BBC Good Food Kitchen is full of seasonal dishes all inspired by recipes from bbcgoodfood.com. Dishes include Slow Roast Pork belly with mustard champ and a Scrumpy cider gravy, Thai Veggie curry with coconut & chilli and Rigatoni with mushroom and creamy sauce.

BBC Eat Well Pavilion

The brand new Eat Well Pavilion is an area dedicated to wholefoods, superfoods, wheat free, dairy free, gluten free and natural ingredients with the opportunity to get advice from nutritional experts, learn healthy cooking techniques, sample a selection of delicious and nutritious food and drink, and live healthily from the inside out.

Producers' Village

The Producers' Village has a wonderful range of speciality food and artisan produce. Whether you're looking for new ingredients to inspire you in the kitchen or a foodie gift for a friend, you'll find everything you need here. You'll be able to hear all about how our talented artisan producers create their products and try before you buy at our fabulous foodie market. Within the village you'll find areas dedicated to Scottish regional producers, enthusiastic artisans from further afield and prize winning producers.

Glasgow's Best Deli

We've been searching for Glasgow's Best Deli 2014. We have once again teamed up with BBC Good Food Magazine to search for the best deli in Glasgow and the surrounding area. The 2014 winners are Billingtons of Lenzie and they have received a free stand at the show so make sure you pop over and try their fantastic produce.

Producers' Bursary Award Winners

The BBC Good Food Shows team has been searching the UK and Ireland to find the most outstanding artisan food and drink producers they can. The campaign called for applications from small artisan producers with companies carefully shortlisted and all entries tasted at the BBC Good Food Test Kitchens by a team of experts. Visitors to the BBC Good Food Shows will be able to meet, taste and buy from this year's impressive winners.

Shop & Drop

The Shop & Drop supported by Guide Dogs is a fast, convenient service where visitors are able to drop their shopping, leaving your hands free to relax and enjoy the show. Visit the Shop & Drop supporters and experience a sensory sensation with Guide Dogs, as well as meeting their wonderful guide dogs you can navigate your way through their sensory tunnel.
