Parcel2Go launch eagerly anticipated new app

Parcel2Go, the UK's largest parcel delivery comparison website, launched their new app on the 9th of June. The eagerly anticipated app is available to download on both Android and iOS devices.

The new Parcel2Go app is dedicated to giving customers the best delivery experience possible. Users simply choose how and when they would like their parcel to be delivered via the app and Parcel2Go will take care of the rest. Individuals can enter their account details on the new app using fingerprint, face scan or QR code, to ensure logging in is seamless.

The new app redefines booking parcels on the go, with the order process having been completely redesigned to be faster and simpler to use.

Tracking parcels is easy through the app, as customers are able to view and manage all of their active and past deliveries in the 'My Orders' section. Users can also manage the status of multiple deliveries by marking items as ‘packed’ or ‘dispatched, as they move through the delivery process.

Customers can look-up their nearest drop-off locations and benefit from an array of features, including faster booking and pre-pay rewards. For even easier returns and deliveries, app users can set both a work and home address preference and save their contact information. This update ensures the sender does not need to fill in frequently used addresses every time they make a booking.

Parcel2Go has remained a hugely popular option for senders due to its commitment to growth. Its customer service team also has an excellent reputation which has helped to grow the Parcel2Go customer base.

The new Parcel2Go app is available from June 9th on the Google Play store and the App Store.
