Orange Signs 2015 Wage Agreement for France

For the 10th consecutive year, a wage agreement for France was signed on 16 April by Orange SA and the CFDT and FO trade union organisations.

This agreement comprises three sets of measures:

• increases for all, particularly for the first salary levels,
• individual increases, particularly in recognition of efforts by employees to adapt,
• specific measures in favor of professional equality between women and men and young people who joined the company in recent years.

This represents a total budget of 1.9%.

On signing the agreement, Bruno Mettling, Deputy CEO in charge of Human Resources of Orange, said: "In a difficult economic context, I welcome this agreement, which in accordance with our social contract, confirms our ability to reconcile economic demands with recognition of the efforts made by the Group's employees."
