Nike And Blue Inc Sign For HUT's Parkgate Shopping, Rotherham

Hercules Unit Trust (HUT), the specialist retail park fund advised by British Land and managed by Schroders, is pleased to announce that Nike has completed a new lease with HUT for a 11,286 sq ft unit at Parkgate Shopping in Rotherham.

The deal follows hot on the heels of Nike completing a new lease at Broughton Shopping Park in Chester, which will open this month.

In addition to Nike, Blue Inc is to launch its first UK shopping park store at Parkgate Shopping. The fashion retailer, offering ladies and men's high street fashion, is taking 10,512 sq ft over two floors.

Nike and Blue Inc are welcome additions to Parkgate Shopping and complement the existing provision. This is Nike's second store with HUT and we are delighted to strengthen our relationship with another worldwide recognised brand."

Hercules Unit Trust (HUT) is a Jersey-based closed-ended property unit trust with a fixed life which has been extended to 2020, and is subject to further extension with unit holder consent.
