New IT System installed by UK’s leading provider of housing medical advice, nowmedical, will secure new jobs in the Capital
We are constantly looking for ways in which we can improve our operations. One of our latest upgrades has been our new IT system.
While some businesses are undeniably struggling in today’s climate, there are still some good news stories filtering through about companies thriving in the UK.
nowmedical Limited, established in 2004 and based in London (though operating UK-wide), is one such story.
Headed by Dr John Keen this smart and innovative company specialises in advice to over 150 UK local authorities, housing associations, and other professional organisations, providing both prompt and professional medical - and psychiatric - advice on housing applications.
Dr Keen says: ‘We are constantly looking for ways in which we can improve our operations. One of our latest upgrades has been our new IT system. The IT overhaul we have recently completed has brought in a new level of functionality to our organisation. With the new system, we are now able to access more data, streamline processes, and increase efficiency. We have also implemented new security measures to ensure that our data is safe and secure. This overhaul has enabled us to better serve our customers and provide them with the best possible experience’.
Striving to improve, even while times are undeniably difficult, is one of the key hallmarks of a successful company, and it’s clear to see that nowmedical has a commitment to excellence running through their daily operations.
Dr Keen adds: ‘One of the critical parts of this technology - which does bring many benefits to the company - is the benefits it brings to our team of superb in-house Doctors. Doctors are now able to create new workstations that can help them in their daily tasks. These workstations are designed to make the doctor's job easier and more efficient. They can be used for a variety of tasks such as patient records management and medical imaging analysis. The use of these workstations will allow doctors to focus on providing better care for their patients while also reducing the amount of time spent on administrative tasks. This will ultimately lead to improved patient outcomes and satisfaction with our services.’
This recent investment paves the way for the creation of new roles within nowmedical. At a time where others may be downsizing, this major London-based company continues to grow and excel.
