Monadd Launches Tool to Empower UK Citizens with COVID-19 Payment Relief Resource

New solution enables people to easily enquire into remittance support options

21 April 2020, London: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Monadd, an automation software provider for address management, has rolled out a new tool to help UK citizens struggling financially to ask for payment support from their various service providers.

According to a recent survey from Ipsos MORI, 71 percent of UK residents expect COVID-19 to have a personal financial impact on them. To help support those in need, Monadd has launched its new and free-to-use COVID-19 Payment Relief offering, which is aimed at helping individuals determine their eligibility for financial assistance from each of their service providers.

As a result of its extensive database, the organisation is able to identify water, council services, energy, and gas providers that any individual in the UK has at once - all a person has to do is log onto the platform (via the Monadd website). From there, users will be provided with the right email contact and a pre-made message asking for financial support which they can simply send - it’s as easy as that!
