MD of Ventas Central Hosts Insightful Industry Conference

Josh Peace, the managing director of Ventas Central, hosted the London conference at the weekend to help professionals and business owners improve their business strategies and approaches.

The seminar was held on Sunday the 14th of September at the prestigious Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, London. The Grand Connaught Rooms is London’s premier venue for business meetings and conferences, with 37 dedicated meeting rooms. The venue's central London location has made it a favourite among business owners due to its proximity to Kings Cross and Holborn stations, connecting the capital to many of the UK’S major cities. Josh Peace was excited to host the regional event and was incredibly proud of the keynote speakers who helped inspire the attendees to look at their business strategies with a fresh perspective and push for further business growth. The one day event was attended by 400 collective business owners, managing directors and sales and marketing professionals. The conference covered an impressive range of topics such as: assessing and dealing with issues and ways to improve the customer experience. Ensuring customers feel confident through every stage of the purchase process was a key highlight.
