Since the firm’s re-launch back in January, Managing Director Tom Harris along with the firm’s contractors, have worked hard to put solid foundations in place and implement strategies and systems to allow the event marketing specialists to grow. There has been a lot of time and effort invested into acquiring a group of ambitious and talented individuals who could follow the systems that have been implemented to help take the business forward.

It’s been just eight months since the firm re-launched and in that time they have taken huge strides and achieved tremendous results both in terms of customer acquisitions for their clients and company growth. Managing Director Tom Harris hosted a seminar for the firm’s contractors on urgency where he provided ten tips for achieving a sense of urgency. The firm has also been running business trips. At Live Innovations they argue that business trips can play a pivotal role in growth by providing a fresh market and consumer base to tap into as well as an opportunity to conduct market research.

One of the driving forces behind Live Innovations’ rapid expansion is their commitment to development. He has also been invited to be a keynote speaker at a number of industry events and he takes great pride in being able to share his story and impart words of advice to budding entrepreneurs.
