LHP appoints Fortem to deliver Decent Homes programme

Fortem have been appointed to deliver planned improvements to Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) homes, worth up to £150m over 10 years.

Covering the north-east and south Lincolnshire areas, LHP residents will benefit from having improved facilities which will increase their home’s efficiency and reduce carbon emissions, whilst allowing them to live more comfortably.

The Decent Homes programme includes upgrading homes with measures such as bathroom and kitchen refurbishments, new air source heat systems, roof refurbishments, door renewals, external fencing, and path improvements, to circa 12,000 properties.

In order to improve their service, LHP held close consultations with residents to gather feedback on where improvements could be made. As a result, LHP appointed Fortem as its new planned works contractor.
