JLL Expands Residential Agency Offering in Chelsea

Following 148 years' experience in the Prime Central London market, JLL is pleased to announce the expansion of its residential agency offering with a new office on Cale Street, Chelsea.

Launching in January 2017, the Chelsea office will be JLL's eleventh residential agency office in London and is a natural path of expansion for the company. The office will be staffed by existing members of the W.A.Ellis team and will form part of W.A.Ellis' rebrand to JLL later in the year.

The office, which will offer both a sales and lettings service, will be headed up by Tim des Forges, who has over 18 year's estate agency experience, and David Mills, who has been in the lettings industry for nine years. They will be supported by Giles Cook, James Burridge and Simon McElroy. Formerly of W.A.Ellis in Knightsbridge, the team has extensive knowledge of selling and letting in the Chelsea market.
