J Foster Consulting Ltd is pleased to announce details of the forthcoming training course entitled 'BRC Global Standard for Food: Issue 6 to 7 Conversion for Manufacturers', which is taking place on 15th April 2015 at Chichester College, West Sussex.

Industry expert, J Foster Consulting Ltd, is an independent business offering impartial advice to the consumer goods industries, guiding and mentoring them through the relevant safety standards imposed by BRC Global Standards.

The course is aimed at manufacturers, technical/quality managers and consultants to provide them with an in-depth understanding of revisions to the format and content of the Standard, including particular reference to changes in response to the issues and concerns of the food industry.

Key teachings will enable delegates to understand changes to the Standard, including industry developments, and successfully implement the Standard on-site. The course will also explain how the changes will benefit retailers, manufacturers, auditors and consumers and help delegates gain an understanding of the changes to existing requirements. On completion of the course, attendees will be able to recognise changes to the protocol of the Standard and discover how the audit process should be carried out and reported. They will also have the option to sit an online examination.
