Hogan Lovells Grows Finance Practice with High Yield Partner Hire in London

Hogan Lovells has announced that Sylvain Dhennin has joined as a finance partner in the international debt capital markets (IDCM) team in London.

Sylvain joins from Dentons in London where he has built a high yield practice focusing on high yield bond offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S securities offerings in emerging markets.

He is recognised in Europe as a leading high yield practitioner and has advised on some of the most significant high yield bond offerings across Europe. High profile clients he has advised include Société Generale and HSBC. He recently advised Faurecia on its €500 million 3.125% senior notes due 2022 and its tap for an additional €200 million.

Sylvain also has extensive experience in emerging markets and the mining industry in particular. He has advised a large number of companies and sovereigns in connection with their bond offerings across Eastern Europe, the Middle-East and Africa, including several African States
