Hiscox Dublin Outgrows Its Digs

Dublin, Ireland (20th July 2014) – Specialist global insurer Hiscox celebrated its move to new office space in Dublin earlier this week with an event for staff and broker partners.

Hosted by the insurer's Honorary President, Robert Hiscox and Regional Manager for Hiscox's Ireland operations, Steve McGerr, the event was attended by over 100 brokers. It marked the recent relocation of Hiscox's first dedicated branch in Ireland, from its previous office on Upper Pembroke Street to new premises at 1 Mount Street Crescent in Dublin.

Steve McGerr commented: “The new office is a reflection of the opportunity Hiscox sees in Ireland. We have grown our local team threefold in the last year alone and now have a specialist high net worth team on-the-ground that is dedicated to helping brokers grow their business in this sector.

"It's an important next-step for our Irish operations, reflecting not only our strong commitment to the broking community but also the fantastic opportunity that we know the Irish market provides."
