Haag-Streit UK promote Mark Roskilly into role of Field Service Engineer

Harlow, UK – 19th July 2019 - Haag-Streit UK, the leading manufacturer and distributor of gold-standard optometry and ophthalmic equipment, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Roskilly into the role of Field Service Engineer for the South-East of England.

Mark will be responsible for carrying out routine servicing, installations and repairs for gold-standard equipment in the HS-UK portfolio.

Mark has worked for HS-UK for more than 20 years. Originally employed as a Production Operative, Mark transferred to the Service Division as a Trainee Service Engineer in March 2008.

Andrew Owers, HS-UK Service Manager, said, “Mark’s extensive knowledge of the HS-UK product portfolio and his vast experience within the HS-UK Service Division made him the ideal candidate for the Field Service Engineer role. His attention to detail and desire to ensure customers receive the best possible service will be an asset to the Service team.”

Speaking about his appointment, Mark said, "I am delighted to join the HS-UK team of field-based Service Engineers. I am really looking forward to the challenge this new role will bring and to have the opportunity to meet valued HS-UK service customers throughout the South-East.”
