Toronto, Canada – Feb 14, 2025 – The Canada Super60 League is proud to announce the appointment of Kyle Coetzer, former Scotland captain and winner of the prestigious ICC Associate Cricketer of the decade, as its Assistant Tournament Director – Cricket Development & Operations.
Coetzer, is a decorated leader and a strong advocate for the growth of Associate Nations in cricket, bringing unparalleled experience to the league. Having captained Scotland to historic victories and played a key role in championing the development of emerging cricketing nations, his expertise will be instrumental in shaping the vision of Canada Super60.
Coetzer currently serves as a women’s cricket coach for Durham County Cricket Club and the Welsh Fire in The Hundred, while also consulting for the England Women’s A team. His expertise aligns perfectly with Canada Super60’ s mission to develop both men’s and women’s cricket from the ground up. With a deep understanding of grassroots development, associate cricket, and international competition, Coetzer is well-equipped to create strong pathways for young players—both boys and girls— helping them progress toward professional.
