FORMER MONEYSUPERMARKET MANAGER LAUNCHES COMPARISON SITE FOR SMEs

Chester-based firm launch business comparison site to help SMEs find funding to help them grow.

Former Relationship Manager of seven years at MoneySupermarket.com, Philip Brennan has launched a brand new comparison website tailored for SMEs. Philip felt that small-to-medium sized businesses were being under-served when it came to knowing where to turn for financial help. He said;

"Co.Hub Compare was created to give SMEs all of the financial help options available to them. The majority of businesses still go to their own banks when looking for finance and are unaware of the vast range of options available to them. The great news is that there are more lending institutions than ever but until now, small businesses didn't know where to turn to other than their own bank"

Co.hub Compare has forged relationships with both new lenders and high street banks boasting the most comprehensive list of business financial help products in the UK. Philip added;

"The last two years has seen an array of new entrants filling the gaps with innovative solutions which the banks have left open. Businesses now, more than ever, need to make sure they are making the most of their finances."

The creation of the site was influenced by comments from Business secretary Vince Cable;

"The business finance market is going through a period of rapid change with challenger banks, peer-to-peer lenders and invoice financing gaining traction. But over two-thirds of small and medium sized firms only go to one finance provider, so its important businesses know about the huge variety of options open to them."
